Research and Innovation Day - April 24, 2025
The TAMUK Office of Research and Innovation invites you to join us for Research & Innovation Day on April 24, 2025, at the Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Center. This event will bring together faculty, students, and staff to explore cutting-edge research, commercialization opportunities, and innovation resources available at TAMUK and beyond.
Event Highlights:
- Keynote Speaker: Dr. Apurba Bhattacharya – Bridging Research and Real-World Impact
- NSF I-Corps Session: Learn about research commercialization with Ms. Lenae Scroggins, TAMUS NSF I-Corps Hub
- Intellectual Property & Commercialization Panel: Featuring Pete O’Neill, Chief Innovation Officer, TAMUS Innovation
- Undergraduate & Graduate Student Poster Competition

Students will have the opportunity to present their research and compete for cash prizes in Undergraduate and Graduate Categories:

🥈 2nd Place: $750
🥉 3rd Place: $500
We encourage all faculty, staff, and students to attend, engage in discussions, and celebrate the incredible research happening at TAMUK. Breakfast, lunch, and special gifts from the Office of Research and Innovation will be provided!
Poster Size and Format: Must be Landscape and Length of 48 inches and Height of 36 inches
